Han Hong (born September 26, 1971), born in Xizang Province, is a Chinese singer who graduated from the People's Liberation Army Academy of Arts.
She became famous with her first solo album "Snowy Light". She won the Most Popular Female Singer at the 5th CCTV Music Awards and the champion of "I Am a Singer Season 3". Representative songs include "Road to Heaven", "Hometown", "Dawn" and so on. Later, she launched the Han Hong Charity Foundation, engaged in public welfare activities, and won the second place in "2017 China Charity Celebrity List Top30".
February 28, 2021, won the 2020 Weibo Night Weibo Star Public Interest Influential Personality Award.
